First International PhD Student in Mathematics Graduates from University of Kashan

First international PhD student from the department of mathematics of University of Kashan graduated from the institute later last week.

Haider Baqer Shelash, defending his thesis entitled “Counting the Number of Subgroups, Normal Subgroups, and Characteristics of Subgroups in Certain Finite Groups” under the supervision of Professor Seyed Ali Reza Ashrafi, managed to achieved his PhD scored as “excellent”.

It is worth mentioning that University of Kashan has more than 300 international students currently studying at this university.
