University of Kashan Delegation Visits German and Austrian Universities

A delegation of 15 faculty members of University of Kashan travelled to Germany and Austria for academic visits on March, 2018. The Vice-Chancellor for Research, Vice-Chancellor for Culture, former University chancellor, Head of Energy Research Institute, and head of Water Research Institute were among the members of the delegation.

During this academic travel that lasted for 11 days, the members visited University of Göttingen and University of Giessen in Germany, and University of Graz in Austria. The delegation had meetings with authorities in these universities on various issues among which were the following: providing postdoctoral and research leaves, holding joint seminars and workshops, and inviting professors to the abovementioned universities.

A delegation from University of Göttingen is expected to visit University of Kashan in June, 2018 to negotiate further on possibilities of signing an MoU.
