Achieving Q1 Ranking for "Iranian Architecture Studies" Journal in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC)

The "Iranian Architecture Studies" journal, which began its scientific and research activities in 2012, has successfully solidified its position among reputable scientific publications by adhering to scientific standards approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and achieving a Q1 ranking in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC).

Dr. Babak Alami, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Art, stated: In the latest report announced by ISC, the scientific journal "Iranian Architecture Studies," by achieving an impact factor of 0.362, has obtained a Q1 ranking in the "Engineering and Basic Sciences" and "Art and Humanities" subjects of the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC).

The Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), as the scientific information system of Islamic countries, evaluates and measures journals based on valid international and Islamic criteria. In this ranking system, journals are classified into four levels, Q1 to Q4, based on their impact and scientific standing, where Q1 indicates the journal is among the top 25% of specialized journals.

It is worth noting that achieving a Q1 rank for the "Iranian Architecture Studies" journal is the result of strict adherence to scientific standards, research policies, and the continuous efforts of the journal's management and executive team. This success has been achieved with the moral and financial support of Kashan University, the scientific strategies of the journal's editor, the significant efforts of Dr. Ali Omranipour as the journal's Managing Editor, and the cooperation of anonymous scientific reviewers in the country.

It should be mentioned that the Q1 rank is not permanent and is evaluated annually; therefore, maintaining this rank requires continuous scientific quality, professional management, and ongoing efforts from the journal's team.
