Introductory Session on the “Empowerment Program for Innovative and Technological Teams” Held at the University of Kashan

An introductory session on the “Empowerment Program for Innovative and Technological Teams” was held with the participation of a group of physics students at the University of Kashan.

        At the beginning of the session, the Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Park introduced the objectives and missions of the park, emphasizing the importance of nurturing creative ideas and transforming them into technological and commercial projects. He stated, “The goal of implementing the Empowerment Program for Innovative and Technological Teams is to identify talented students and promising teams and to provide the necessary foundation for their entry into the path of entrepreneurship and the establishment of knowledge-based companies.”

       He added, “Within this program, students are supported by the Science and Technology Park in the form of innovative teams. By taking advantage of specialized training, consulting services, financial facilities, and the park’s networking opportunities, they can transform their ideas into marketable products and services.”

       In conclusion, it was decided that, in collaboration between the Department of Physics and the Science and Technology Park, a series of specialized workshops and idea development consulting sessions would be regularly organized so that students in this field can become familiar with the principles of innovation, teamwork, and technological development and take steps toward entering the technology and innovation ecosystem.
