With the Proposal of the Vice President for Student Affairs, the University of Kashan Increases the Student Assistantship Wage
With the proposal of the Vice President for Student Affairs at the University of Kashan, and following the emphasis of the president and the approval of the university Board, the student assistantship wage has been increased. Furthermore, the student work program at the University of Kashan has been officially registered as the first of its kind among universities in the country.
The Organization of Student Affairs expressed its appreciation to Dr. Sattar, the Vice President for Student Affairs at the University of Kashan, for his efforts and request to raise the base hourly rate for student assistantships through an official letter.
In this letter, Abolfazl Daneshvar, Director General of Domestic Student Affairs at the Organization of Student Affairs of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, added that this prudent, timely, and responsible action reflects a deep understanding, concern, and special attention toward the livelihood issues of students who engage in assistantship work in various departments of the university alongside their studies to cover a part of their living and educational expenses.
The Organization further stated that such supportive decisions not only enhance the motivation and efficiency of student assistants but also demonstrate, in the best possible way, the supportive spirit and attention of university officials toward the welfare and professional concerns of the student community. The increase in assistantship wages will undoubtedly have a significant impact on alleviating some of the economic challenges faced by this hardworking and deserving group of students.
Director General Daneshvar expressed hope that with the continuation of such valuable support, further facilitation of the welfare and livelihood affairs of the students at the University of Kashan will be achieved.
