UoK Secures First Place in 2023 THE Ranking

Director of Research at the University of Kashan, Dr. Saeed Soltanimohammadi, informed that at the latest Times Higher Education Ranking System for the academic year 2023, the University of Kashan was placed on top of all public state universities of Iran.

Dr. Soltanimohammadi added: following the latest release of THE rankings in October, the University of Kashan was placed among 601-800 universities of the world, for the second consecutive year.

He exclaimed that the University of Kashan has also succeeded at the national level to secure the first place among Iranian public state universities and was placed 5th among universities of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.

Director of Research at the university believes that such outstanding achievements are the results of each and every faculty member and student of the institute, considering the improve in three major categories of indexes, industry income, and international outlook with regard to last year’s rating.

The University of Kashan’s ratings for this year's 4 major aspects are as follows: teaching 21.4, research 19.2, knowledge transfer 76.3 and international outlook 22.8.
