UoK Top 3 in Public State Universities of Iran, ISC Indexes

Vice-chancellor for Research at University of Kashan, Dr. Mahdi Shabani informs that University of Kashan was listed among the top 3 state universities of the country for ISC 2021 ranking.
ISC is known as the only ranking authority in Iran since 1999 and its indices for ranking were applied to a 3-year time period analysis. The Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) introduced its new global university ranking system “World University Rankings by Subject 2020” in 2021. 
This year’s result puts University of Kashan to a higher stance in comparison to the last year’s where the institute was placed 7th among Iranian universities. University of Kashan is currently ranked 301-350 in the global scale, 6th among all academic institutes and universities of Iran, and 3rd among public state universities, ISC indexes manifest.
